the colour is golden, shaded with green. The nose has a palette of fresh, powerful, elegant aromas that lead you to floral, lemony, broom, acacia, citrus fruits, grapefruit and passion fruit notes. The palate is fresh and charming, full of finesse; it reminds us of the fruitiness perceived on the nose and leads us to a long journey of flavours. Dashing and slightly pearly, this wine reveals a round structure, before ending on a small acid note of good aloi.

Domaine Bordenave, located in the heart of the Jurançon appellation in Monein, is one of the oldest properties in the region, in operation from father to son and daughter since 1676, including the latest organic creation "Encore et Encore !
