This light and supple red wine, moderately tannic but rich in character, has a rather lively colour. On the nose, red and black berries dominate, with hints of liquorice and undergrowth. Well structured, the tannins are present and elegant. They do not lack roundness under a solid structure, leaving a fruity feeling on the palate.
subtle, delicate and with a fine tannic structure, this Chorey stands out as a versatile Burgundy. Gold Medal BURGONDIA 2020
From now on, and keep for up to 7 years. Serve between 14 and 16°C"
Whether it's charcuterie, hot starters or giblets, its pleasant and fluid structure does not brutalize balanced and harmonious dishes and goes very well with roast poultry, meat risottos or poultry.
