The nose is very aromatic with a dominant red fruit coulis (strawberry-cherry) with a nice freshness. The palate is ample, well structured with beautiful, well-coated tannins. The whole is very balanced, open with a beautiful aromatic concentration.

A harmonious ensemble which will gain in complexity with time, but which can be enjoyed now
Roast pork has adopted it because of its rich aroma, as has simmered poultry. Exotic dishes are also very complimentary. On the cheese platter, it is equally well suited to soft and mature cheeses.
