A beautiful straw-yellow color with golden hues and silvery reflections, limpid and very luminous, with already some legs, a presentation that invites the nose. The nose is racy, fine and elegant; it's quite rich, with a mix of ripe, fruity aromas of peach and preserved lemon and floral notes of broom and acacia, followed by hints of blackcurrant buds and boxwood. A charming nose, with smoky mineral fragrances akin to flint and gunflint. Frank, fresh and delicious. The palate echoes this in every way, with an aromatic palette enhanced by exotic flavors. It's a full-bodied wine with good substance and a certain fatness, counterbalanced by a certain liveliness that gives it palatability and lightness. We appreciate its corpulence, its fatness and its complexity, which draws us into its universe. All the ingredients for a wonderful moment. Finishes with a touch of nervousness and good length. We feel like sharing a bottle and a good meal with friends. Fish in sauce or creamy poultry and cheese.
