Its colour is straw yellow with pretty golden reflections. Its bubbles are of great finesse. Its nose is very aromatic, the aromas of quince and peach are very present. The attack on the palate is harmonious, delicate and round.

Robe relativement terne, couleur jaune-verdâtre avec quelques reflets or. Le nez est fruité, l'arôme de coing est prédominant sur celui de pêche. En bouche, ce crémant monte en puissance de l'attaque jusqu'à la fin de bouche. Le goût est fruité, on ressent les mêmes arômes que ceux devinés au nez. C'est un mi-sec, assez long en bouche. L'effervescence est délicate et agréable.

Blanc Secret est un vin non dosé, ce sont la fermentation et l'élevage en barrique qui donnent cette impression de sucrosité. Il n'y a aucune liqueur de dosage : Brut-Nat

Une robe brillante et jaune verdâtre. Le premier nez s'avère fruité, le second nez révèle des notes de pêche. L'intensité est montante, mais il n'est pas très long en bouche. En somme, c'est un mi-sec équilibré et harmonieux.
