Domaine de Cabasse is a wine-growing estate, but not only. Within the 15 hectares of vines, you will also find a hotel to stay in a peaceful haven... and follow closely the activity of the Domaine... Harvesting, bottling... you are at the heart of the action! The Domaine is located at the foot of the very pretty listed village of Séguret, which you can access by taking a small path through our vineyards. Fifteen hectares of vines, twelve surround the hotel and cellar like a divine protection, and three hectares that the most courageous can discover on foot in the mountains overlooking Gigondas. These vines cover the appellations of Séguret, Sablet Côtes du Rhône Villages and Gigondas A.O.C.

Our story

The Domaine de Cabasse was taken over in 2012 by Benoit Baudry, a lover of the vine and wine. This conversion took place at a key moment in the life of the estate, it was necessary to resume the fundamentals to continue to raise the undeniable quality of the pretty range of wines. Many things have been upgraded to maintain optimum production quality! Replantation, replacement of missing parts, choice of Philippe Cambie as consulting oenologist! Here, at Domaine de Cabasse, we practice wine tourism or more precisely wine tourism on a daily basis, due to the diversity of and proximity to activities. We like to share our passion with many curious people who leave refreshed and charged with the wines of the Domaine to prolong the pleasure.

Other little stories

The wine that most resembles us is our Côtes du Rhône Villages Séguret cuvée Casa Bassa. A typical wine, silky, powerful, rich in aromas of ripe red fruit, from our beautiful region that we love. We suggest you to discover it....

We practice a reasoned and reasonable cultivation, we take care of our vine and all its surroundings to produce a quality grape. Respect for nature, its rhythms, its possibilities, are a matter of course for us. We take the time to analyze the environment and the evolution of climatic conditions in order to perfect our choices of fertilizers and plantation monitoring. The estate benefits from the providential Mistral, whose breath is a precious ally in the natural fight against diseases, which also allows us to rationalise external contributions to the strict minimum. The generous sunshine of our region, sandy or heavier soils, the steep, well exposed slopes allow us to bring to maturity the Grenache and Syrah that form the basis of our production.
