Bright colour, dark red. Intense nose reminiscent of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), rosemary, and notes of black olives can be detected when it opens. On the palate, a beautiful freshness accompanies aromas of ripe cherries. The tannins are melted and the finish, very smooth, is surprising, ending with notes of cloves and cedar wood, always with this fresh structure that gives a beautiful length in the mouth.
Gold medal at the Gilbert and Gaillard International Challenge 2018, with a score of 86/100. Bronze medal at the 2019 National Vinalies. It is the only cuvée in the estate where Syrah dominates the blend.
Serve between 16 and 18° C
Can be stored for up to 6 - 7 years.
This wine should be served with fine and elaborate dishes, such as beef fillet or game.
