The red is sustained with broad purple and bright reflections. The nose is intense with aromas of crushed red fruits such as burlat cherry or blackcurrant. The attack on the palate is frank and balanced, and hints of coffee, bitter chocolate and black fruit gradually emerge.
Chemin à l'envers is a sure way to rediscover the taste of the South. Triptych Languedocienne in Syrah, Grenache and Carignan complexified by basalt which brings here an undeniable finesse.
Serve with a southern cuisine, strong in flavours. To be drunk or kept between 3 and 7 years. Serve around 17°C.
