One can only be disturbed by this beautiful dress so clear and of a beautiful straw yellow color. The nose appears intense and complex, it blends with refinement delicate notes of dried fruits, candied rhubarb on a honeyed background. This is followed by a palate that shows a beautiful richness and graceful smoothness, ending with a refreshing iodine finish.
The word of the Winemaker, :
Aged 60 months in vats, this wine reveals all the quality of the Melon de Bourgogne grape variety thanks to the famous granite furrow that stretches over part of the estate. Grand Prix d'Excellence (Gold Medal) at the Grand Concours des Vinalies Internationales 2021
