The Wine Estate

Entirely organic since 2014, with natural vinification methods and very little or no sulphites, the vineyard extends over a total area of 120 ha, including 30 ha of vines. Its location on hillsides in the foothills has generated very varied soils, clay-limestone at the bottom, very stony at the foot of the hill, with some sandy and gravelly areas. The diversity and quality of the grape varieties favour the complexity of the vintages...
