Our story

Located 10 km west of Carcassonne, our estate enjoys a Mediterranean climate with an oceanic influence.
Bordered by the Canal du Midi and the Fresquel river, this family estate has been passed down from generation to generation with the same passion for this demanding profession.
The rebirth of the Domaine de La Périnade was initiated 3 years ago with its purchase from the rest of the family.
Modernization of the production tool, constitution of a private cellar, we are guided by our will to save and transmit this precious family heritage to the future generations by having in heart to make wines of quality.
We have succeeded with very prestigious restaurant clients such as Amandine Chaignot, Le Crazy Horse and a good number of palaces and starred restaurants.



Other little stories

Our tiger comes from a local legend which tells of the escape of a tiger in captivity and which would have taken up residence on the land that would later become the Domaine de la Périnade.
