Spicy nose with floral and black fruit aromas such as blackberry with coffee fragrances. The palate is fleshy, full of fruit with a peppery and liquorice finish.
This plot-based cuvée is matured for 16 months, half in concrete egg, half in oak barrels.

Duck in orange sauce, pot au feu and matured cheeses such as époisse.
