The colour is cherry red. The nose has a blend of spices, woody notes and wild fruits. The maturation has made it possible to round off the wine's structure and the notes of cherry and wild berries are clearly present. It has a minty finish that gives it a real freshness on the palate.

The Wine Estate

Domaine de la Roche Bleue

A small 7 ha estate located in the Loir valley, in the Jasnières et Coteaux du Loir appellation, the northernmost of the Loire wines. The vineyard, which has been in organic farming since 2010, is mainly composed of flint clay slopes on limestone subsoil, facing south-west, the relatively cool climate combined with the particular terroir gives the wines a minerality and a unique taste. The soils are mechanically cultivated for the production of the soil.
