With a brilliant and delicate ruby red colour, this wine offers us a fruity and spicy nose. The palate is fresh with structured tannins well accompanied by notes of piperade, pepper, black fruit.
Located on the northern slope of the Petit Luberon to the south of Calavon, the cuvée les oliviers comes from the same soil as the Oppidum cuvée: the soil is mainly sandy and draining with some stones on the plots located below from alluvium.
Will go perfectly with Mediterranean cuisine. To be enjoyed now and kept for up to 3 years. Serve between 14 and 16°C.
As an accompaniment to grilled meats, Provençal tarts or slightly fresh as an aperitif.
