A beautiful pale yellow colour with green reflections, an intense nose on the white fruit, slightly honeyed and aniseed. The palate shows a fresh and mineral attack.
It is interesting to keep this wine for six months in order to develop fat and very pleasant honey notes.
Serve slightly refreshed, after keeping in a cool place in a dark place.How ?
Enjoy as an aperitif or with meals, with sea fish in sauce, white meats and cheeses such as comté or Swiss emmental cheese.
