The robe is very clear with ruby tints, the nose is on red fruits (raspberry, wild strawberry) and, in the mouth, the Cabernet Franc expresses itself with very supple and aromatic tannins. We find the notes of small red fruits. It leaves a very fresh finish.

The word of the Winemaker, :

Sand is omnipresent in the soil of the Landes. "Les Pieds dans le Sable" combines two distinct terroirs: Les Sables Fauves in the east and Les Sables de l'Océan in the west. An original blend for fresh and fruity wines, marked by subtle salinity.

Serve slightly chilled, as an aperitif, with grilled fish (sardines for example), it will perfectly match dishes. regional (duck breasts, confits, garbure...) or a beautiful Landaise salad!

The Wine Estate

The estate is located on a rare terroir: the tawny sands, famous for the production of Armagnac. We are the first to produce wine there. Our vines cover 17 hectares on clay and light soils. Our vines are grown in two appellations: the Landes terroirs which constitute the identity of the wines and the Côtes de Gascogne. The grape varieties worked are for dry white wines: colombard, ugni blanc, sauvignon blan...
