A beautiful straw-yellow colour, a complex nose with notes of exotic fruits, citrus fruits and lightly truffled. On the palate, the attack is fresh, the mid-palate fat and well-structured, with a nice aromatic persistence.
Clay-silt and siliceous deposits on softened hillsides make up the original entity of the estate. From this sedimentation are born soils that are both soft and acidic, bringing finesse and minerality.
In a cool, dark place it will express its freshness during the year following the vintage and will develop more complexity and truffle notes after one or two years of cellaring.
Serve chilled, as an aperitif and at the table. Perfect accompaniment to shellfish, fish and crustaceans, but also white meats and cooked cheeses.
