Beautiful pale gold color. Beautiful brilliance and limpidity. On the nose, notes of white fruits, then citrus fruits. In the mouth, very mineral, then nice fat. Nice length.

This wine is made from our Clairette grape variety, a 40 year old plot exposed on the Barre de Cuers and our Rolle on the plot of Puget-Ville. Small yields to guarantee beautiful and concentrated grapes.

Quel bel équilibre !!! A la fois fruité/citronné, tout en gardant une belle tension minérale...Une complexité que j'apprécie.

Petite production de notre domaine, nous vinifions seulement 10hl de vin blanc, c'est à dire environ 1200 bouteilles. Assemblage de rolle et de clairette, qui donne à ce vin un joli fruit tout en restant sec.
Disponibilité 700 bouteilles.
Ce vin a été envoyé au Guide Hachette de cette année, il sera dégusté dans la saison.
