Superb deep garnet color. purplish reflections due to its youth. On the nose, powerful aromatic notes of candied red fruits and spices (pepper, cinnamon). In the mouth, the tannins are present but silky, giving way to mineral notes in the finish. Superb balance. Wine aged 12 months in French oak barrels (alternating every 3 years to avoid woody notes).

The word of the Winemaker, Vincent Quiroga :

Our red wine has been tasted by the best Sommelier of the world Andrea Larsson, and has been elected among the 50 best reds of Côtes de Provence. It comes from plots located under the Barre de Cuers, the latter corresponding to the end of the Bandol limestone amphitheater. The soil, atypical for the Côtes de Provence appellation, gives our wines this particular minerality.
