Rosé de Gastronomie. Il s'agit de ma cuvée "Elite!"
Au nez, des notes de pamplemousse, d'une très belle complexité, toute en élégance.
En bouche, belle minéralité, puis belle ampleur avec un joli gras; Très belle longueur aromatique.
A déguster sur de belles pièces de veau, de la cuisine raffinée, poissons méditerranéens,etc.
Allez-y tester! nous sommes encore un domaine assez méconnu, vous avez donc l'occasion d'être les "pionniers" à déguster notre savoir-faire! Attention nombre de bouteilles limité (600 et pas une de plus!)
