Deep and deep colour. Very expressive nose of ripe fruit and sweet spices, slightly truffled. Opulent and fine on the palate, the tannins are perfectly melted and the final note of fresh fruit is very persistent.
Raised in amphora for one year, Earth is THE exceptional vintage of Roussillon!
Earth is of such splendor that eating a good dish with it will do her a great honour. Fabulous now, but probably even more exceptional in a few years. To be served around 16°-18°.
Ideal with tasty red meat with a strong character, lamb, beef or goat.
