Clair Obscur is made from old Merlot vines planted long before the fashion for "Bordeaux" grapes in the Languedoc. We wanted to keep these old vines producing little and to associate them with the freshness of the young syrahs of the top of Eglisette. A successful marriage! My little gourmet sin, a round and salivating wine, on the fruit and with tannins already well melted. It will please all palates.
