The robe is luminous and deep, with its dark garnet hue and delicate purple reflections, a sign of the great purity of the Cabernet Franc grapes. The nose delivers with great delicacy. Aromas of fresh and stewed red fruits, a floral touch, then very quickly the complexity fleshes out with a touch of black fruits and fine woody - vanilla notes revealing the ageing in oak barrels of a part of the cuvée. The gustatory impression is in the same continuity of the nose: of a real delicacy. The attack is round, velvety and suave with small condensed tannins that consolidate this nice structure and give it relief.

Au nez, nous retrouvons une très belle complexité aromatique avec des arômes de mûres et de cerises noires.
En bouche, les tanins apportent une belle structure. Nous retrouvons des notes épicées en fin de bouche. Vin qui serait idéal pour la garde. A consommer avec une viande rouge.
