Une belle acidité en bouche et des fruits croquants. Une fraîcheur agréable pour un vin qui se garde encore en cave plusieurs années !
Au nez, nous retrouvons des notes de chocolat mais également d'épices.
En bouche, nous retrouvons la même trame avec de belles notes épicées.
