The Lady of Rocheville returns to the tradition of the great Saumur white terroirs on the hillside of Parnay. An exceptional white wine for keeping, La Dame has complex aromas of tropical and candied fruits. Its mouth, of a rare intensity, is silky and elegant.
Splendid in its youth, it will nevertheless keep for 20 years in a good cellar.
Excellent as an aperitif, La Dame will perfectly accompany asparagus or endives, fish in sauce, marbled or goat cheese, exotic or spicy dishes (ginger, curry, etc.). Serve chilled between 12° and 14°.
A déguster vive le chenin ca change on aime !
Un vin très apaisant, à déguster tranquillement chez soi.
