A wine with an old gold colour, with notes of nuts and curry, a powerful yellow wine. Vinified in vats and then patiently matured in barrels without topping up (not completely filled) under a protective veil of yeast and concentrated by natural evaporation over the years: the famous angels' share. Unique maturing conditions in a dedicated, airy cellar that is subject to the marked climatic variations of the Jura seasons
