Our wine estate, located on the slopes of Ensérune, has been cultivating vines since antiquity in a unique climate between the Cevennes and the Mediterranean. We produce contemporary wines while respecting biodiversity. Half of the estate is preserved, from the garrigue and the Mediterranean forest. Certified High Environmental Value, we produce wines that reflect their terroir, with carefully selected and vinified grapes for an expressive, fresh and silky fruitiness. Other little stories

Over the centuries, several civilizations have inhabited and used this site for different reasons. Built by the Gauls as a fort to protect themselves from enemy invasions. Later, the Romans also used this place as a base to control the region. Finally, the medieval inhabitants used the ruins of the Oppidum d'Ensérune to construct buildings, reusing existing stones and materials. Over time, these different civilizations have all left their mark on the Oppidum of Enserune, creating a rich and diverse history around the cultivation of the vine, thus expressing a great diversity in our terroir. Are we up to the task? We are doing our best to do so!
