A dark and deep robe with purple reflections. A woody nose, red and black fruits. A beautiful attack and a good length in mouth thanks to these silky tannins. A very good harmony that gives hope for a rewarding ageing over a period of fifteen years.

Our collection n°5 uses an integral winemaking technique which consists in putting the grapes in an oak barrel as soon as they are harvested. Fermentation, maceration and aging are done in barrels for 24 months. A wine for ageing, full-bodied and rich in tannins.
