Given the low yields: 40 to 50 hectos/hectares, the quality of the very heterogeneous soils and the different climatic vintages, our 4 red grape varieties, including the Syrah, have very marked typicities and aromas that develop during the ageing in oak barrels.

Wine matured in oak barrels that can be kept for 5 to 10 years.
Perfect with hams, pork, poultry and grilled sheep.
