The colour is garnet coloured, with a purplish hue. The nose expresses itself with power and complexity, mixing aromas of blackcurrant with notes of spices, chocolate and cloves. The palate is fresh, with a floral hint of wallflower. The finish is marked by supple tannins and a spicy tonality (cinnamon).
A classic and authentic wine from the south of France. Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, unwooden, fresh and fruity. Spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts. Maturing in traditional Provençal concrete and stainless steel vats.

Perfect with entrecote, game (deer), lamb, kid, and grilled chicken. Ideal for spicy and spicy dishes. Prunes, onions, garlic, mushrooms, pepper, olives, bay leaves, thyme and rosemary are the basic ingredients that go perfectly with Syrah. It goes very well with mature cheeses made from cow's or goat's milk.
