Domaine des Féraud - grande cuvée - Rouge - 2015

The colour is deep, dense and purple. The aromatic profile is rich, combining notes of vanilla, fresh spice, black fruit and garrigue. The palate reveals itself with density, depth, linking solar, spicy and dried fruit notes with tannins marked by a certain minty freshness.

The word of the Winemaker, :

A wine for Bordeaux lovers. Old vines of Cabernet-Sauvignon (> 40 years old). More than forty years to absorb the essence of our terroir: the heat of the summer days, the coolness of the nights and the Mistral. Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 15 months....

How ?

Ideal to accompany meat, a snack or to be enjoyed alone. It goes perfectly with a roast, grilled beef or lamb, fried steak, strong meat dishes, cassoulet, paprika beef goulash, bacon lentils, or a good ham. It also goes well with pasta with spicy sauces, such as spaghetti with Bolognese sauce.

The Wine Estate

Our 25 hectares of vines are located in the heart of the Côtes de Provence, which has been the birthplace of rosé wines for over 2000 years. Thanks to its subsoil (heat-insulating sand and quartz stones) and the mistral which provides dry air and more than 3000 hours of sunshine per year, our terroir offers ideal conditions for red wines with a fresh elegance.
