The color is apricot, with soft gray reflections. The aromatic profile is delicate, tender, with milky notes, peach and yogurt aroma, and where spicy scents bring a fresh and airy frame. The palate is straight, with a mineral tone, a milky freshness that accompanies the notes of peach and grain in the finish, lined with sweet bitters.
