Chrysos is produced according to the traditional Champagne method. Exclusively made from white grapes (Chenin), the latter are harvested by hand, in small 11kg crates. Worked with reserve wines 2012 and 2013 to obtain more finesse and aromatic complexity, this wine is aged 18 months on laths in the cellar. Its fine and delicate bubbles exhale aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers. Its mouth, full and mineral, will leave an aromatic finish with notes of peaches and white flesh fruits.
Chrysos can be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif with friends, or with dishes.
Raw, Chrysos goes perfectly with seafood platters, fish and even desserts.
