This Chinon, made from Cabernet Franc, expresses the specificity of the left bank of the appellation: rich and pleasant with a beautiful aromatic persistence. It is a wine for which it is better to wait 2 or 3 years in order to let it express itself fully.
To be served with a simple and authentic cuisine! From now on, and to be kept for up to 7 years. Serve between 17 and 18°C.
To accompany poultry, lamb chops or roasted meat.
