Domaine Du Saut au Loup - Le Grand Saut - Rouge - 2016

This cuvée is made from a selection of old Cabernet Franc vines over 60 years old, located on one of the most beautiful slopes of Ligré, a village renowned for the quality of its terroirs on the left bank of the Chinon AOC. This wine is vinified in a truncated conical wooden vat, and then remains in barrels for 12 months.

Après aération ce vin est excellent, il y a une belle puissance maîtrisée et équilibrée. la finale est assez longue et les arômes de fruits intense. Je recommande vivement. Dégusté avec un tournedos et des petits légumes verts. Avec du fromage c'est magnifique. J'ai très apprécié avec le fondant au chocolat
