A dense colour with a full and fleshy mouth. Between the nose, the mouth and the finish, you will notice the aromas of chocolate, toffee, light tobacco or blackberries.
Great aromatic range. Harvesting is done manually. The vinification is long, up to 7 weeks with daily pumping over and punching down twice a day. The wine is aged for 18 to 22 months in French wooden barrels.
Decant two hours before tasting, the ideal temperature is between 14 and 16° C.
Drink now or keep for up to 5 years.
