The golden yellow colour, the nose is complex and aromatic with notes of acacia and white flowers. The palate is round and generous, typified and distinguished with a strong expression of the terroir.

This cuvée has a ageing potential of up to 5 years, to be enjoyed between 12° and 15°.
This wine can be served with cold or hot starters such as scallops carpaccio, shrimps à la plancha. Or with a hard cheese that tastes great.
