This wine immediately expresses white and yellow fleshy fruit aromas (pear, vine peach, quince, apricot) with notes of small white meadow flowers. To these characteristics of the variety are added lemon scents and a mineral dimension. In the mouth, it is a very young wine, straight, with a certain tension and a lively and teasing spirit. As it evolves, it has a nice structure with a fleshy and well-flavored matter. The whole is fine, dynamic and still a little fiery, with a finish where we find these lemony and saline notes.

This Chablis 1er cru "les Fourneaux" is located on the right bank of the Serein, facing South and South West, on two different parcels, very sunny, very clayey, giving very fruity wines while keeping its minerality.
