This wine immediately expresses aromas of white and yellow fruits (pear, vine peach, quince, apricot) with notes of small white prairie flowers. To these characteristics of the grape variety are added lemon flavours and a mineral dimension. On the palate, it is a very young, straight wine, with a certain tension and a lively and teasing spirit. Evolutionary, beautiful bone structure with a fleshy, well perfumed material. The whole is fine, dynamic and still a little fiery, with a finish where we find these lemony and salty notes.
This Chablis 1er cru "les Fourneaux" is located on the right bank of the Serein, facing South and South West, on two different parcels, very sunny, very clayey, giving very fruity wines while keeping its minerality.
Drink it now. Can be kept for 5 years. Serve between 11 and 13°C.
Recommended with seafood.
