The nose combines flowers and white fruits with mineral touches and a light spicy woody note. Full, nervous and salty at the same time, the palate develops notes of peach and hazelnut, without forgetting the hints of oyster shell that are typical of Chablis. The minerality blends into the roundness, the finish and is long and fresh.
This Chablis, bottled by us, has just been awarded a Gold Medal Prix Plaisir Bettane+Dessauve. It comes from parcels bordering our Chablis premiers crus "Les Fourneaux", facing South-West on the right bank of the Serein, in the area known as "Grande Chaume".
