The fine and expressive nose develops the typical aromas of chardonnay from northern Burgundy with white flowers and mineral accents, followed by fruity aromas. The aeration remains on its mineral purity while adding notes of fresh butter and a discreet touch of vanilla. In the mouth, we find the typicity and personality of a 1er Cru. The attack is ample, fat and endowed with a fleshy fruity expression. As it evolves, we have a rich texture where the fat is counterbalanced by a fresh, chiselled and acidulous taste, giving it an airy feel.
Mont de Milieu is a 1er cru de Chablis located on the right bank of the Serein, facing due South. This climate is historical and famous for its wines of great typicity "Chablis" marked by its minerality.
Drink it now. Can be kept for 5 years. Serve between 11 and 13°C.
This wine will go wonderfully well with a grilled andouillette, a carpaccio of langoustine, and seafood.
