Des petits fruits rouges, des fleurs d'eté et une touche d'agrume apportent à ce vin un parfum entêtant et très seducteur.
La bouche est très ample, presque massive. C'est indéniablement un beau rosé, vineux et qui appelle un excellent repas plus qu'un apéritif sans chichis.
Un superbe vin pour tordre le cou aux idées reçues sur les rosés.
