This blend of Rolle has a pale colour with golden reflections. The nose is straightforward, revealing lovely notes of honey and an integrated woodiness. The mouth, all in roundness, is covered by the volume and length developed by the Rolle. The finish, slightly acidic, balances the whole.

The "Grand Rolle" is our Vermentino aged for 14 months in acacia barrels.
