Clear and brilliant yellow colour. The nose is complex with notes of jammy fruit, wax, honeyed and spicy notes. On the palate, the balance is between roundness and freshness. The spicy character with notes of candied ginger and cinnamon give it a sweet taste. The fresh and ample finish reflects a beautiful substance that has the potential to stand the test of time.

The word of the Winemaker, :

Dry, fruity and slightly woody, this gastronomic white wine will seduce you with its roundness and intensity. Its concentration and generous mouth make it an exceptional wine of its appellation.
