Malolactic fermentation and barrel ageing add complexity by adding elegant caramel and vanilla notes to the yellow fruits. The palate is frank, round and well balanced.
Selection of our best white grapes harvested by hand, this cuvée is vinified directly in 400L barrels and matured for 11 months.
Consume within the next 5 years and serve between 8°C and 10°C.
