The colour is purple, the nose flattering and carried on the candied fruit like blackcurrant and cherry candied. The palate is of a warm character. Structured, smooth and balanced, it offers delicious coated tannins. The finish is consistent with the nose on a beautiful fruit that remains on the length.
Achieved a score of 91 on Robert Parker Wine Advocate. This wine is the result of a selection of parcels. You will find fruit, freshness, spices all in a beautiful concentration without it being exuberant and tiring!
To be enjoyed immediately with a good meal with an ideal serving temperature of between 16 and 17° C.
A leg of lamb cooked over a low heat for 13 hours accompanied by a truffle aligot and a divine Côtes du Rhône Valréas... divine!
