It is in the heart of the Alpilles massif that you will find the Vallon des Glauges estate. The 72 hectare estate links the site of Eyguières to the Baux de Provence, it stretches from the Tour des Opies to the foot of the Mont Menu. Among the 72 hectares, 45 are hectares of vines planted in the middle of 4 hectares of olive trees and 23 hectares of scrubland and woods. The vines are planted on the slopes, on the plateau but also in the valley. As the estate is keen to preserve and respect nature and the environment around them, they have for years adopted a "lutte raisonnée" method of winegrowing in order to reconcile the needs of the vines with ecological imperatives. The vines can thus evolve in a site of great richness, whether for its unique landscapes, its rare vegetation or its protected fauna. This richness allows our estate to produce greedy and expressive wines representative of their terroir. Like our rosé, the jewel in the crown of the Vallon des Glauges, which develops a beautiful aromatic palette of white-fleshed fruits and goes wonderfully well with our southern cuisine.

Our story

Different domains, but always the same objective to express the best potential of the concerned terroir. Today, the domaine du vallon des Glauges offers us a fantastic panel allowing us to produce very contrasted wines with always this common frame, sign of an asserted terroir.

Other little stories

For me, the passion of the wine world starts in the vineyards. It took many years and many encounters to find so much interest in the cellar. Multiple experiences in new world countries (USA, South Africa, Argentina, Australia) have allowed me to acquire a very enriching oenological background, particularly for the vinification of rosés. Concerned about preserving this exceptional land while bringing it the best possible development, we practice since our beginning a reasoned viticulture. Since 2020, the Domaine has begun its conversion to organic farming with a real commitment to the terroir, which will be completed in 2023. The Domaine du Vallon des Glauges is planted with twelve grape varieties, Roussanne, Rolle, Caladoc, Clairette, Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Carignan, Counoise. Each year we produce 60% rosé, 25% red and 15% white.
