Braucol is an emblematic grape variety from the Southwest and Gaillac in particular. Under good production conditions, i.e. with limited yields and a harvest at maturity, this variety expresses aromas of red fruit and blackcurrant in particular.
A well-structured wine to be served with tasty dishes. Aging potential of more than 10 years. Operating temperature: 18 °C
It goes well with Southwestern dishes such as duck confit or cassoulet. Try it with chocolate or peaches!
