The Riesling Zellenberg is dressed in a shiny straw gold and plays on a subtle aromatic bouquet in a wide range. Between the scents of spring flowers, bergamot, citrus peel, lemon and grapefruit, the ground is prepared for a delicate finesse that enchants from the first years in the bottle. The attack is frank and reminiscent of fresh fruit, it is nervous on the tongue, its acidity is long and provokes a generous salivation because its virile personality hangs resolutely on the palate.
The word of the Winemaker, Christian Eblin :
Considered as one of the best white wines in the world, Riesling is lively, racy and endowed with a delicate fruitiness. Very inclined to reveal the terroir, it develops wonderfully in conditions of small yields.

A very classic Riesling, it is dry and is intended to be typical and representative of a gastronomic tradition rooted in our culture. We appreciate it of course with the starters and dishes typical of our region, delicatessen, pork, pork, famous sauerkraut or Baeckeofe.
Surprise yourself! Riesling is obviously the king of fish and shellfish. It gracefully underlines the iodized flavours of seafood. It is equally admirable with poultry and white meats, or with young and goat's cheeses.
