Its color is pale yellow with brilliant reflections. The bouquet is adorned with notes of white flowers and lime. In the mouth, this wine is a perfect balance between salinity and minerality.
The word of the Winemaker, :
La Frémine is the embodiment of the expression of Chenin Blanc on schist soils. This organic Savennières cuvée is the result of the vinification of grapes from a parcel that bears the same name.

This cuvée has been rated 95/100 by the great American wine critic James Suckling.
