The colour is light red, almost pinkish. The nose smells of black berries, blackcurrant, blackberry and cherry. Very little tannic, on the palate it is all the lightness and sweetness of a grape juice that would have become wine.
A perfect illustration of what a "wine of thirst" should always be. Accessible to everyone, it has a lot of freshness to offer. Closing: screw cap
Do NOT serve fresh. A wine of pleasure, to be enjoyed with friends, for the simple pleasure of conviviality.
As an aperitif with a platter of sausages or with grilled meat.
